Callie McBride, MS, RD, CPT
Owner, MAC Performance Solutions LLC

As a registered dietitian and a certified personal trainer, Callie is passionate about helping clients create a healthy relationship with food and exercise alike. With a background in strength training and counseling a variety of clientele (youth/collegiate athletes, general population, older adults), Callie brings a unique perspective to nutrition solutions. Whether a client is struggling with disordered eating, coping with a new/existing medical condition, or prepping for a big race, she always utilizes an individualized approach. Her goal is to provide clients with the skills and knowledge they need to intentionally fuel and move their bodies without creating rules or restrictions. Callie strives to foster a safe space for clients to express their needs and be heard. She believes that all foods fit and guides her clients to an Intuitive Eating style with the intention of finding food freedom.
